Shipping & Returns


We offer worldwide shipping, but our shipping services are subject to our delivery company and its policies. For the most up-to-date information on shipping availability and times to your country, please check this link.

Also, note that the customer is responsible for any import/customs charges that may apply for international orders.

*Free Shipping on orders over $100 Australia-wide doesn't include rentals or custom orders. 


We only accept returns if the item is damaged.


We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at with pictures of the damage. We will then provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return. Please note that returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your order, using a trackable mail service. We will not be responsible for lost or missing packages.​

If the return is approved, you will have the option of receiving a 100% refund or a replacement item. You can decide which option works best for you.
