Also, note that the customer is responsible for any import/customs charges that may apply for international orders.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We only accept returns if the item is damaged.
We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@floritastudio.com.au with pictures of the damage. We will then provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return. Please note that returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your order, using a trackable mail service. We will not be responsible for lost or missing packages.​

If the return is approved, you will have the option of receiving a 100% refund or a replacement item. You can decide which option works best for you.
